Old fashioned service died a long time ago when it comes to courier services. Lynx Couriers are the exception the rule. I found these Brisbane Couriers to be cheap on price and they provided a reliable, high quality service.

Hi Emma,

Thank you for your follow-up call yesterday afternoon, and I'm sorry I missed you. My husband Julian and I had already discussed and agreed our intention to provide feedback following our experience with Lynx couriers yesterday.

We found ourselves mid-morning yesterday in an unfortunate situation requiring a courier as soon as possible for a very heavy, fragile and expensive item. Often when approaching a service provider with a time-limited request the response can be very negative. So we were pleasantly surprised to be given a positive response to our query by the initial operator (Joy?) who was professional, efficient and friendly.

As first time customers, we continued to be impressed by the efficient manner in which you took down the details, agreed to receive photos of the item to confirm understanding of our requirements, and communicated with the freight handlers directly to confirm their agreement with our requests. All of this within 10 minutes of making the call, and the couriers were on their way! Your approach gave us an immediate sense of confidence in trusting Lynx Couriers with the transport of a very valuable, fragile, heavy item on our behalf.

We continued to be impressed when your truck and freight handlers arrived. They were polite and well presented, and the truck’s exterior and interior, and the protective rugs and straps were very clean and tidy. Without our asking, your freight handlers carried our item the long way around the building to ensure the smoothest path was taken. There is no fault we can find with any aspect of the service that Lynx provided at such short notice yesterday. In fact, my husband and I were extremely impressed with all aspects of the service your company provided.

More personally, I would like to mention the care that you and the two freight handlers (Chris and Chris) showed to me and my husband given the sensitive nature of the pick-up. This was unexpected and beyond the level of care expected of a service provider. We are both overwhelmed with gratitude for the call you made to me to provide advice and guidance. Both Chris’s were also extremely supportive and professional given the situation at the pick-up address. We are both grateful and impressed at the level of professionalism and care that each of you showed.

Thank you again to everyone for your assistance in a difficult situation yesterday, and congratulations to Lynx for such a professional outfit. I don’t think I need to say that without a doubt, we would have no hesitation in recommending your company's services.

At Levo Services we often manage projects for International Governments. We recently purchased vital materials and equipment to be sent to Papua New Guinea for the construction of a much needed Rural Hospital.

After booking space on the container vessel, our regular courier service let us down only 2 hours before the deadline for cargo acceptance. After looking at their website I contacted Lynx Couriers in desperate need of assistance.

Hi Guys, just wanted to leave you some quick feedback for one of your drivers. We recently opened a new office with little to no signage for the first few weeks, during that time had 100% of our incoming parcels returned to DEPOs, Lynx was literally the only company who's driver bothered getting out of his car to see if the delivery address was correct and complete the delivery. It's good to see some people still care about completing a job rather than writing it off as undeliverable without even attempting to find the address. I mean, we own the entire bottom floor of the address, if anyone had even pulled up they would have found us easily, but three other couriers failed where you did not.

Lynx Couriers have been an alternate carrier for our store for the past 4 years, they are the company to call when you want something delivered fast, long distance or last minute. From big 700L fridges, dishwashers to 2 slice toasters and all in-between. I would just like to pass on some feed back to your management. Recently we required the services of a courier, late on a Friday afternoon. It is not our usual practice to use such a service, and so we do not have an account in place with any local companies. Frustration turned to anger as it became increasingly clear, that without "pre paids" or an account no one seemed to want our business. After much ringing around, we located your company. Our request was handled efficiently, and with out fuss. It is to your credit that such a service is offered, but it still amazes me the other companies we inquired into did not accept cash or cheque.
