I would just like to pass on some fed back to your management. Recently we required the services of a courier, late on a Friday afternoon. It is not our usual practice to use such a service, and so we do not have an account in place with any local companies. Frustration turned to anger as it became increasingly clear, that without “pre paids’ or an account no one seemed to want our business. After much ringing around, we located your company.  Our request was handled efficiently, and with out fuss. It is to your credit that such a service is offered, but it still amazes me the other companies we inquired into did not accept cash or cheque. As I said earlier we do not require courier services as a rule, but any colleagues that do, will certainly be pointed in your direction

I am writing to draw to your attention, to the wonderful driver that delivered our  new  Plasma television, last Friday morning. His name was Edward, but I do not  have any other details about him. My husband and I are both elderly, and have difficulty lifting heavy items. Edward  was very patient and extremely helpful. He removed our old set for us, undid the packaging, and placed the new TV in position checking it worked for us. I have enclosed a scratchie for him, as he would not accept anything from us.
